My sister has just had a gorgeous baby girl who will be 1 week on Friday, she is planning on taking baby on a 6 hour car journey on Friday and I was just wondering if that was a good idea ?? Any thoughts would be great.

hi. bit late now!! but i think baby would have been fine. i'm sure they had plenty of stops on the way and baby should have come out of the car seat as soon as they got to their destination as they are not supposed to be left to sleep in them once out of the car as they are for safety in the car and not to be used as a bed after due to they can't move in them. i hope your sis knew this?!
