very worried,what do you think?

mummy2-1 Joined: 19/03/2009 Posts: 471 very worried,what do you think? 28/04/2009 14:46 hey everyone, i have a10wk old baby and since his 8wk injections has been very off colour, just not him self crying alot more, doesnt settle very easy and seems quite grumpy...ive been told this is normal my my gp and nurse but im still worried! has anyone else had this problem..thankfully it hasnt effected his sleep and he still goes to bed fine, but something else that hes got is oral thrush in the last 4 days..is it connected or just coinsidence?? and ive noticed he is drinking an awfull lot more he will have a 7oz bottle then 2 hours later wants another a few times ive let him have it as i cant bear to see him so upset but this cant go on coz he will get very fat and unhealthy but again its strange because he not waking up more at night, this just happens in the day??? im very confused i have a gut feeling somthings not right but no one will listern any help plz xx

They just get over one lot and it's time for the next lol!!! Still def worth them having them, but it does worry you at the time! Take care Deb, Mylo 4, Ozzy 2 and Sunny 1 xx
danielle811 Joined: 05/01/2009 Posts: 97 Re: very worried,what do you think? 01/05/2009 16:17 hiya my little boy is now 2 1/2 and after his 8 week needles he was very grumpy and sick,, can't remember which ones they are now but they get three needles 2 in one leg and 1 in the other and he was ill for about a month after them ones x but i can say he was fine after the sickness passed and now hes a happy very mischevious 2 1/2 year old xxxxdanielle mason 2 1/2 and 25 week pink bump xx

heya dont worry my little girl is know 11 wks and she did all of that as well and the thrush is prob just coinsidence as most babies show signs of it from 3 wks to 4 months old so dont worry bout that just go to the doctors and they will prescribe you nystyn i think thts how it spelt and you will have to give him 1ml 4 times aday. but his mood will be from the injections dont worry it will pass in a couple of days but if noy then it may be that the needles have made him ill and irratable try asking your doctor again if it doesnt go away by the time he has his next jabs
