The pool parties, supported by the Swimming Teachers Association, are completely free to attend and will be fun for all the family, with plenty to do and take part in:
Morning
New and expectant mums will be able to take part in a free antenatal or baby swimming class, with free goody bags for every mum. Numbers are limited so contact the pools directly to book your place and find out more about timings.
Afternoon
Families can come along to enjoy a free swim with plenty of fun swimming toys to make a splash, with floats and rings. Our swimming teacher experts will also be on hand to offer new and expectant mums one to one advice. Contact the pools directly to sign up for the afternoon free swim as places will be limited.
New mum, and wife of England footballer Joe, Carly Cole is launching the Big Splash Pool Parties. Carly, who gave birth to baby girl Ruby four months ago, is an active swimmer, who swam throughout her pregnancy. "I'm hugely excited to be launching the Big Splash Pool Parties for Huggies® Little Swimmers®. I've always been a keen swimmer, since I was a baby myself, and it's been great being able to share the experience with Ruby."
"Whilst I was pregnant I wanted to keep exercising, so I swam two to three times per week. I'd definitely recommend swimming to mums-to-be as a form of exercise, even if it's not something they've done recently, or before they were pregnant."
