Eating?

She has always been a really good eater, and then this, she has hardly had anything for 5 days. She does seem grumpy during the day and waking early in the morning. Other people say its just a phase. But its so unlike her. Any advice welcome. Kate

I wouldn't worry too much, just try to feed her when she asks for something. Children will not starve themselves, she'll eat if she's hungry enough. My daughter only wants cereal when she's poorly, but if she asks for anything else then I give it to her.

My little girl (13months) went off food from about 12 months. Went to the doctor who told me the key is to give little snacks of food often as well as try them on their 3 meals a day. At the moment mine is teething and will only have milk but as long as you give them lots of snacks they'll be fine. Try stuff like dried strawberries, bisotti buscuits, ricecakes, graps, yogurt, cheese sandwiches  are all a hit etc...  Hope this helps
