comfort follow on milk...? change?

kylie71 Joined: 12/06/2002 Posts: 64 comfort follow on milk...? change? hello, my little girl has been on comfort cow and gate milk since she was tiny as she had problems with wind and passing wind, this milk has been ok for her, but shes now 10 and half months and we have been thinking about starting her on follow on milk, but we didnt know whether we should try normal cow and gate follow on, or comfort follow on as she doesnt seem to have problems with wind anymore.....? and dont want to upset her belly. anyone else had a similar problem or anyones opinions welcome.thanks
Charlotte411 Joined: 08/08/2008 Posts: 8 Re: comfort follow on milk...? change? hi i changed my lo to normal cow and gate from the comfort but he will only have the cow and gate comfort, it wont upset them to put them on the normal cow and gate but going by my lil un it tastes different, i stuck with the comfort as its easier for them to digest, its up to you though xx

They only cost around 50p each for the 200mls or £1.05ish for the 500mls. That way if your lo doesn't like it, you haven't wasted a whole box of powder. Leigh & Lola x

Hi. My little boy has always been on Cow and Gate Comfort First Milk, we use it because it was recommended to us and when we tried the normal first milk he was very sick and got lots of milk spots. When he was almost 6 months old I talked to my health visitor about moving on to follow on milk and she said that as long as he is happy and healthy, he can stay on the first milk, there's no need to change to the follow on milk. He's going to be 17 months next week, and he still has first milk (morning and evening bottles), he's happy, healthy and growing very well!!
