Hi there, Have you asked your care team if your son has reflux, it can be very prevalent in premmie babies.  My daughter was slightly prem and she had bad reflux I found that feeding her in an upright position and not laying her flat after a feed eased the problem.  You say he doesn't keep much of his bottle down is it possible he has a problem with the valve at the top of his stomach.  As for twin tips I don't have twins myself  but have a friend who does and when they were tiny I would often help her out.  We found that feeding them together was easier.  Sit each 1 in their car seats to feed them and you sit on the floor between them with a bottle in each hand.  Hope this helps.

my son was the same, we tried everything and one day i ran out of infacol and popped into the chemist for some more and the pharmacist asked if i had tried colief, its drops that are put directly into the milk  and it really eased my little ones colic and windong problems, it is quite expensive at £12.99 per little bottle however after you have tried it and if it works a doctor will put it on perscription for you, hope this helps x

i have a very windy baby and infacol didnt work at all. my health visitor suggested it may be useful to stop halfway during a feed and wind him, then resume feeding. he hardly ever is sick now and sleeps a lot better too. also try walking round with baby gently jigging up and down and patting baby's back. my baby is still windy (hes 5 months old) but its now easier to deal with because of these tips my HV gave me!

good luck, kirsty and alfie aged 5 months
