Whenever my little one has a cold I give her calpol every 4 hours, just like myself I take paracetomal. with a cough I have bought tyxylix (sorry about spelling) in the past, now she is bigger I don't really bother as not sure if these cough medicines work, just soothe the throat for a few minutes! Its a shame to see them not well especially when they are really young but she'll be ok :) Jac, Holly 2 and 13+5 bump x
