i came off the evra patch on the 3rd on januray, and i had my period on the 10th of january, i had sex on the 15th, 16th , 17th and 18th, i am fertile aprox the 22nd-23rd of january, i heard that sperm can live inside a womas body for up to a week, i have had mild cramping pains and mild lower back ache. so is there a chance i could be or fall pregnant, my next periods due 3rd ish of fev so its to early to test but so long to wait, i didnt have this with my first and cant rember as he was concived two years this month! any comments advice or anythng welcome.

Hi, I would say have sex every other day from now till after your fertile window (then by all means carry on if ya want lol) to make sure there is fresh mobile sperm there when the egg is released by your body.  Maximum chances that way.  Also, not sure how much truth is in it but they reckon "doggy style" puts your cervix in the optimum place to receive the sperm during ejaculation it shoots further up there apparently! lol! Fun trying it I suppose.
