hi there,sorry to hear you feel exhausted,i feel exactly the same.im 34 weeks too and also have to take iron supplements,you should kep taking them and also try to eat as many iron rich foods as possible,my consultant suggested weetabix for breakfast,dried apricots are also full of iron and obviously red meat,chicken and fish.i know everything seems to be an effort(it does for me at the moment)but hopefully you should start to have more energy soon,also try and drink orange juice with your iron tablets as this helps your body absorb more of the iron but try cut out tea as the tannin stops your body from absorbing any iron,as for the spd pain i dont really know what to suggest,have you had anything to take from your doctor?.put your feet up and try rest as much as you can.hope this helps.regards
