Hi all,

I had a miscarriage on1st November  09 after falliing pregnant on the depo injection,we have been trying to conceive ever since and its just not happening,my periods have come back I have had 3 of them and all have been very heavy and painful,each month I get a bit excited that I could be pregant only to be disappointed and have to wait till the next time,I have had 2 children and 2 miscarriages and havent had problems in the past.Any suggestions?x

i had a miscarage in december 2007 and we started tryin again as soon as i got my period back. it still took 7 or 8 months before i fell pregnant again. i have no fertility problems. sometimes it just takes a little more waiting then what you would hope. the midwife i had with my 1st said that on avrage it takes about 6 months of tryin. i dont think doctors see it as a concern until youv tried for over a year.

i thought that because it took nearly 8 months to fall pregnant after my miscarage that it would take a while again so i started tryin for my second kid about 3 months after i had my 1st. (i wanted them close in age) but i was sooo wrong i fell pregnant after the 1st try. now my kids will be 12 months 20 days apart if this one pops on her due date!

your body will work the way it wants to...sometimes it will just take a little longer and sometimes all you gotta do is look at a penis and BAM your pregnant haha :P. best thing to do istry not to worry about falling pregnant right away. if you worry your putting stress on yourself and will find it harder to fall pregnant. look around in books and the internet for tips to help you along and just try and get well tuned to when you ovulate....books and internet can help tell you the signs that ovulation is occurring.

I also was on the depo i come off it april 09 and iv be trying for a baby and just don't seem to be getting anywhere im 23 my periods are back to normal and i come on to the date which s good just want to know if there is anything else i can do to fall pregnant? iv been to the doctors got to go back july to have me bloods done im due my period today but not come on yet fingers crossed.

I will recommmend this for everything but I really trust a good reflexologist!!!!!!! I had no probs conceiving my first even though I was very irregular- he only took 3 months. The second time round it was 7 months and I was beginning to worry, One reflexology sesson and six weeks on I took a test and it was positive.

 It really helps calm the mind and was able to rebalance my hormones.
