 Hi there me and my partner are trying for baby no.3. I had a miscarriage 3-4 weeks ago not knowing I was even pregnant as I was on the depo injection. I am no longer on it should have gone on 22nd October but had the miscarriage and decided not to have another. The problem is I am now desperate to get pregant again and its on my mind 24-7. I am worried it will take ages to conceive because we are actually trying. Has it took anyone else a while to conceive after the injection?x

hi im on baby no 2 and i come off the injection in may its takes 3 mounts to come out of your system 100% and i fell pregnant between aug and sep got my dating scan in 2 weeks so i will find out then when i conceived. hole it all go's ok for you

hi, I had my last depo injection in may and it ran out beginning of august, we've been trying now for just over 4 months, I know how you feel about it being on your mind 24/7, im the same, its like you want to find some hope of falling pregnant quickly-ish but most of the things i find on the net are about ppl taking a year at least to conceive, louise901, its great to hear how quickly you fell pregnant when all you read about is how long it takes ppl, maybe ppl who have fallen quickly dont come on here with their stories very often as they are already preggers and aren't looking for advice on that anymore, if you understand what i mean!! sorry im rambling!! hope its all going wellxxx 

Hi, i got pregnant with my 3rd baby within a couple of months of coming off the depot injection....enjoy the trying!! Unfortunately i think everyone reacts differently to the injections so there is no hard and fast rules. Try not to let it get you down or take over...it'll happen when your body is ready.

hey hun, i have a 10 month old lil man and me n hubby have decided we would like another baby soon so i came of my  depo after reading it can take months/years to fall after depo, but when i went to doc he actually told me that if i wanted another baby asap the best thing i can do is go on the contraceptive pill for a month then get back off it. im not sure what the logic is behind that, sumin to do with the hormoans in it making your periods come back quicker but it does work i also had a friend told the same thing by her doc, she tried it and fell preggers within the month of coming of the pill, xxx
