I want to buy some comfy support bras but ive never been meassured propperly. Any advise is appreciated :) x

hi. sorry, i don't live or shop there! but you must have a mothercare? they'll measure. they have all your bra needs through and after birth. they specialize in taking care of you as well as baby.

hope this helps!

Hi, I live in greater manchester and shop at the trafford centre.  But I wouldn't bother with getting measured at either of those shops, they have never fitted it right for me ever!  If I were you i would try either debenhams or if you can go into manchester city centre I highly recommend Bravissimo, its in the triangle shopping centre.

I was told by a bra fitter that when you fit a bra it should be...

- Tight around the back without being uncomfy and you should be able to pull it from the body about an inch.

- The wires should fully encompass the breast tissue (under the arms and in the middle)

- The wires should touch the skin in the middle without a gap.

- The fabric of the cup should not cut into the breast.

I think bravissimo has a proper DIY guide on their website.

Happy Shopping, Nat x
