He has referred me for physio and has adviced against work which i protested. But now Im scared he never told me much about how to ease the pain just give me painkillers and to sit tight till physio be in touch. Im still working but just taking it easy I hate complaining to my hubby but he knows by looking at me Im in agony. I cry myself to sleep at nights its that painful. Goodness knows how long it will be before I hear from physio I just need some relief from this. Any advice would be great. Nichola & 25 week Blue Bump xx

She diagnosed this as SPD. I have been told by my midwife to take it easy ie, when u sleep make sure u sleep wiv a pillow between ur legs to keep the pressure to a minimum, when getting out of a car keep your legs together. Anything that makes ur legs part and widen to cause pain isnt good. Unfortunately the only thing you can do is waot for physio, and take paracetemol (which i dont think helped me). I had to start my holiday and maternity from work earlier than planned as my job involved a lot of walking. There isnt alot that can be done unfortunately. Hopefully i have helped... sinead + 31 week blue bump x

I was seeing an osteopath anyway who sorted me with one. physio may suggest it or advise if you can wait until you see her.
