braxton hicks ? !

kay811 Joined: 08/01/2009 Posts: 16 braxton hicks ? ! 06/05/2009 02:52 Hi Ladies, I was just wondering if 1 - it was possible to have braxton hicks at 21 weeks? and 2 - did i experience them?! It was yesterday afternoon and it last til bout 7pm the only way i can discribe it was like a sort of stitch that was from the top of my bump to the bottom it, it felt like i wanted to curl up like when you have period pains but then that hurt! and it felt like it i strectched up high i might split open! i know all alittle strange but i have never idea what this was, maybe just growing pains! any advice would be great, thanks and take care of you and your bumps! x x x

The braxton hicks ive felt and know others have felt is your stomach goin hard for a few seconds to minutes and pain free.. If i was you id mention it to your midwife, its possibly just growin pains.. Goodluck Kelly & 36wk pink bump

Im unsure of a definate name atm.. So far i like Olivia, Grace, Maisie.. Dont know which one for sure yet tho, i may change my mind again lol :-)
danielle811 Joined: 05/01/2009 Posts: 97 Re: braxton hicks ? ! 06/05/2009 14:30 hiya im 26 weeks pregnant with my second baby and the braxton hicks im getting now absolutly nack x my back hurts bump goes solid and get really bad periody sort of pains, i can hardly move sometimes. if our really worried speak to you your MW or GP but you will find that all they'l say is its pregnancy related. they do this with every ailment you get xxx love danielle, mason 2 1/2 and 26 week pink bump x
